Background

Tim has played an integral role in the growth of the Colliers Agribusiness transaction team since its inception in 2007. In 2014, Tim was appointed as head of the SA Agribusiness Transactions team and joined the State Executive Committee.

Tim specialises in the sale and marketing of large commercial agribusiness assets in the wine industry, forestry, grazing and horticultural industries Tim’s first-hand knowledge and experience, gained through over 30 years of farming, ensures an intimate understanding of the assets, and needs of the industry.

His passion and skill in transacting Agribusiness property assets not only adds value but also guarantees optimal outcomes for clients.
