Background

With over 35 years of experience in agribusiness, commodity brokering and trade management, Matthew Tolmachoff who takes the lead in Water Advisory is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and a seasoned professional who operates with integrity and the trust of clients to support them in acquisitions, sales and strategic water entitlement transactions. He has lead teams in strategy across cotton, grain and water trading with global leaders in California and Australia.

The business will manage the water license portfolios and strategy for clients in the USA and Australia, leveraging its RG 146 compliance in commodity futures and derivatives and extensive knowledge of the water industry dynamics and regulations.

More recently, Matthew has taken the lead in agency representation of clients negotiating and tendering water license sales to the Commonwealth Government of Australia and acting as a trusted Buyer’s Agent for Agricultural Water and Land Investment funds.
